Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us. As a homegrown label producing limited, hand-knitted pieces with care, we appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a fair return policy.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

  • All returns are processed as store credit only.

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused — with original tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items include:

  1. Garments with makeup stains or any fragrance (e.g., perfume)
  2. Customised pieces
  3. Sale items or archive markdowns
  4. Purchases made using store credit

  • All sale purchases are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for items bought during any sale (including archive, end-of-season, or promotional markdowns).

  • Only authorised returns will be accepted. Unauthorised returns will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for collecting the item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you've received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at vjbysakshipunyani@gmail.com with your order number and clear images of the issue. Upon validation, a refund or replacement will be processed within working days after the returned item is received at our studio.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Visit the ‘Returns & Exchange’ page on our website.
  2. Log in and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Submit your request with a valid reason.
  4. Once approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days.
  5. After quality inspection at our studio, store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days.
  6. Please make sure to inform us of any address changes at the time of the request.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Orders placed using store credit cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you choose to ship the item yourself, VJ by Sakshi Punyani is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
  • We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
